Recommended Challenge Route In Singapore

Most of us have a running route. Be it running around a near-by park or around a neighborhood It’s time where you can pick up new skills in this 4 tough route. We have been looking high and low for this and putting extravagant entry fees.


First up is the macritchie reservoir.


A wide range of trails is offered here. You’re able to select the difficulty from different part of the full route. Training Level: Advance

CONS: During raining seasons, you may want to avoid running at this place due to muddy ground. Apart from that, the ground is uneven and increasing to possibility to be injured.

PROS: There’s always a silver lining in every cloud. This place is the best route to train for challenging obstacles for advance runners. This is where you train your 2-1 training as you’ll be required to run and walk because of hash slopes. The recommended pair of shoe for this route is any trail shoe. Take note that not every pair of running shoe may be suitable for this route. You are also recommended to get a pair of Newton socks. Continue reading

Hilton Head Lakes set to host Reggae Run

The second annual Publix Lowcountry Roots, Rock & Reggae Run is set for Saturday evening at Hilton Head Lakes.

The Publix Lowcountry Roots, Rock & Reggae Run is a unique and colorful twilight run through Hilton Head Lakes in Hardeeville. The unique race format allows runners an opportunity to choose to participate in the 5k Roots Run at 5pm, the 10K Rock Run at 6pm or the 15k Reggae Run. ( combined time of both the 5K & 10K ) Participants who choose the 15K receive a tie-die and a tech t-shirt, all other participants receive a colorful tech t-shirt. Continue reading

3 Tips To Enjoy Running Process

Most runners whom I have met in the stadium have ran marathons, half-marathon, 10KM race, or 5KM. The key that keep them going without set back and only feedback is passion. They are doing it based on their passion. Yet, there are some minority we don’t.

The thing I’m trying to put through is not to discriminate these minority but to raise awareness that running can be fun and enjoyable. Well, to be honest, personally I started running because of health issue. As I begin to run, I have spoken to hundreds of passionate runners, if not thousand of runners now that have guide in running.

They have thought me a very important lesson… That is do what you are passionate about. If not feel passionate about what you do. So, I hope this particular article will help you as it really impact my life deeply.

Some of you might be looking for alternative way to lose weight or you might want to keep fit and look healthier. Or maybe some of you are “forced” to run due to peer pressure and you’re looking for help. And there’s a way out. There’s a solution in every problem. 1. Get a fitting running shoe

A pair of running shoe that can suits you is critical in running. Firstly you must know your feet. That include whether to choose a Normal (medium) Arch, Flat (low) Arch or High Arch shoe. The second step is to know your shoe size. And lastly, what shoe you want. (brand, series, etc). Well, everything boils down to the shop you’re getting from. Several shop assistance will guide you on buying a new pair of shoe.
